We are a platform facilitating connections and do not endorse any specific user or service. Discrepancies or issues with service descriptions or freelancer qualifications should be addressed directly between users, though our dispute resolution process may be invoked.

8. SERVICE DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

Clients and Freelancers define the terms of service delivery and acceptance for each project or engagement conducted through Srabutan.com. The platform may provide tools to facilitate this process, such as milestone tracking and submission features. Acceptance of delivered work typically signifies the completion of the Freelancer's obligations for that specific task or milestone. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon between the Client and Freelancer, ownership of the final work product generally transfers to the Client upon full payment for the relevant service.

9. DISPUTES AND REFUNDS

We encourage Clients and Freelancers to resolve any disagreements directly. Should a dispute arise regarding service delivery, quality, or payment, users may utilize Srabutan.com's dispute resolution process [Link to Dispute Resolution Policy if applicable]. PT. Heron Solusi Digital may act as a mediator, but does not guarantee a specific outcome. SPECIFICALLY, WE DO NOT WARRANT THE QUALITY, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY FREELANCERS OR THE ABILITY OF CLIENTS TO PAY.
